More Ways to Stretch Your Dollars
Monthly fuel allowance. In March, Andrew announced a fuel allowance to help with the rising cost of gasoline and diesel. Starting with the March 1 pay period, hourly employees, salaried non-exempt employees, and salaried employees who earn under $80K per year receive a $200 per month allowance to help with the cost of commuting (this does not apply to employees who have a company vehicle and gas card). Just one more way to lessen the impact on your hard earned money.
401(k) Plan matching contribution. Stimson makes a matching contribution, up to 6% of your base pay, when you contribute to the 401(k) Plan. That’s free money!
Wellness program rewards. Earn dollars when you and your spouse/domestic partner participate in the wellness program. Stimson rewards each of you with a $750 contribution to your HSA, for a total contribution of $1,500. For wellness program details, review the Wellness Program Guide.
